aHHoi shop
On the ground floor at the reception and in our living room there is a small shop with selected products from small Hamburg companies. You are cordially invited to browse a little here. Perhaps you will find a souvenir or two and at the same time support small Hamburg businesses.

Arrival and departure
We guarantee check-in from 3 pm Check-in takes place via our key box. You will receive the code for this.
Check-out is until 11 am On request and subject to availability, a late check-out is possible at an additional cost. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Beverages

Most of our drinks come from Hamburg companies and are produced fairly. Two bottles of water are ready for you in your room. The other drinks can be found in the large fridge on the ground floor. Please add yourself to the list if you choose something so that we can make this option available to you for a long time.

 

Bikes

From April to September you can borrow bikes from us at reception. These cost EUR 12 per day and it is advisable to reserve as we only have 4 available. Alternatively we can recommend  Stadtrad Hamburg  recommend. Different stations are distributed here within the city.

Breakfast
Our breakfast bites are available in our living room from 8 am to 11 am - our specialty. For EUR 9 you can get a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, cream cheese, 1 organic egg and coffee / tea. So that we can plan a little and not throw away so much, please always order breakfast until 2 pm the day before. Alternatively, there are a number of nice breakfast cafés next to the hotel. You can find ours here  (favourite spots).

Car sharing

There are different providers in Hamburg:  sharenow ,  sixtshare ,  miles  and the electric shared taxi  Moia .

 

Common room

A lounge is available for you on the 1st floor. Here you can prepare free coffee / tea or warm water. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are also available here for you.

Doctor
There are various doctors in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
An emergency practice is located in the  Stresemannstrasse 54 . You can walk to the practice in 3 minutes.

First aid
We have a first aid kit at reception. Outside of the reception opening times, you will find various telephone numbers here under "Emergency numbers" and around the corner in the  Stresemannstrasse 54  there is an emergency practice.

Hamburg Card

You can get more information about local public transport and the Hamburg Card  here . If required, you can purchase the Hamburg Card from us at reception.

​

Hygiene products

We buy our shampoo and soap from the Hamburg-based natural cosmetics company  "Stop the Water" . You can purchase these and other products in our small aHHoi shop at the reception. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are available from us at reception if required. The nearest drugstore is Budnikowski,  Schulterblatt 45.

Kettle

You would like to prepare something warm to drink outside of the opening times of our living room. On the first floor there is a lounge with a coffee / tea corner and a kettle.

 

Key

Please always lock your door when leaving the room and keep the key with you during your entire stay. If you lose your key, we will have to charge you EUR 120.

​

Lost property

Lost property is kept in our house, but not automatically forwarded. So please contact us if you have forgotten something.

​​

Parking

The surrounding streets belong to a residential parking zone. Parking here is a bit complicated and expensive. You can book an underground parking space with us. This costs EUR 14 euros per day. As places are limited, it is advisable to make a reservation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further parking options.

​

Payment Methods

Payment is made with us on arrival or in the morning after arrival. You can pay with us in cash, with an EC card or credit card. 

​

Pets

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Postcards
You can purchase individual postcards with beautiful Hamburg motifs in our aHHoi shop. You can get stamps just around the corner from the Schanzenpost ( Schulterblatt 16 ).

Reading material
In our living room there are many interesting Hamburg books and picture volumes ready to leaf through. You can also borrow a few magazines here.

Reception times
The reception is open for you personally from 8 am to 3 pm. In urgent cases we can be reached by phone  at +49 (0)176-80391308.

​

Rest periods

from 10-6 is rest time. Please adhere to this so that all guests have a restful stay with us.

​

Smoking

Ashtrays are available on our terrace on the ground floor. Outside the opening hours, please go to the front door. Smoking in the house is not permitted and a cleaning fee of EUR 80 will be charged in the event of non-compliance.  

​

Supermarket

The supermarket is right around the corner  REWE . In the  Rindermarkthalle  everything your heart desires from discounter - organic market is located. The next organic market  Alnatura  is a 5-minute walk away.

​

​

Umbrella

In Hamburg it rains quite often. You can borrow an umbrella from us at reception for a deposit of EUR 10.

​

Waste separation
Is very important to us. We would be happy if you would help us. You will find containers in every hallway in which you can arrange your rubbish. In the bathroom you will find a small cosmetic bin for hygiene items.​​​

​

Wifi
